Vocalist Lzzy Hale and drummer Arejay Hale spoke in an interview with a Canadian blog about the progress of their upcoming album, which follows the 2015 release "Into The Wild Life":
“It’s still in the demo stage, but it’s starting to take shape. Because it actually starts with ‘okay, let’s all write, just for the sake of writing. Without thinking about anything thematic. Just go for it.’ And now it’s starting to take shape ,” said the vocalist.
The drummer added that the band is joined by another songwriter, Scott Stevens, who also helped with the composition of the last album: “He helps bring us all together in the songwriting process. So I think we're seeing light at the end of the tunnel.”
