Halestorm has finished recording their next album, the successor to Vicious (2018), and is in the final stages of mastering the tracks for the new project. In a recent interview, vocalist Lzzy Hale spoke about the inspiration for the album.
“While we were writing, I got a lot of inspiration just from the stories of people living life, stories of survival, and literally just from the conversations I had with these people,” The X told radio station 105.9 , according to a transcript by Ultimate Guitar . “I feel like, even as an artist, it was a really cool way to find myself again and see myself in these stories, but I also feel like everyone is going to see themselves in this album. So, yeah, it’s a beautiful thing.”
The album doesn't yet have a release date or title, but the band's latest single, "Back From The Dead," reached number one on the Billboard charts in November .
