The modern progressive metal band Haken returns to Brazil for the second time this weekend for shows in the cities of Curitiba (September 30th) and São Paulo (October 1st).
The shows in the country are part of the tour promoting the band's latest album, Fauna, released in March of this year by Inside Out Music . On the album, the keyboard is front and center throughout, emphasizing Peter Jones to the band after a 14-year absence. The musician replaces Diego Tejeida, who left the band in 2021.
Haken's new Brazilian tour is produced by Liberation , and tickets are still on sale through the Clube do Ingresso . In Curitiba, the show takes place this Saturday, the 30th, at Jokers Pub, and the São Paulo performance will be on Sunday, October 1st, at Carioca Club. In addition to the shows in Brazil, the Latin American Fauna Expedition 2023 will also visit Argentina (October 3rd), Chile (October 5th), Colombia (October 7th), Costa Rica (October 8th), and have three dates in Mexico between October 10th and 12th.
