The band said they had asked the brewery to stop selling the product and merchandise.

Guns N' Roses has filed a lawsuit against a brewery, accusing it of infringing on the band's trademark.

Guns N' Rosé beer is part of the Canarchy Craft brewery, which has locations in Colorado, North Carolina, and Texas.

The Blast reported that the band had previously requested that sales of the product be suspended. Additionally, the sale of merchandise such as hats, t-shirts, stickers, buttons, and bandanas was also halted. The lawsuit also states that the brewery attempted to secure the right to use the name, but the band refused.

The company agreed to stop selling the beer and merchandise, but only after 2020.
