Guns N' Roses guitarist Richard Fortus revealed during an interview with Forbes that the band may release new material in 2020.

The musician revealed that the group has already finished some songs and is planning how to release them during their extensive tour, which will include Brazil at the Lollapalooza festival . “We love playing new music. We’re always rehearsing new things, and it’s just a matter of time before we feel comfortable playing them live. I hope to release new material this year.”

The statement comes shortly after guitarist Slash spoke with Sirius XM and revealed that the band intends to release a full album: "Everyone wants an album. I don't think that's changed."
