Guns N' Roses production replaces Sioux 66 in São Paulo

Plebe Rude will play at the venue.

The band Sioux 66 , previously confirmed to be one of the opening acts for Guns N' Roses in São Paulo this Friday (28), has been replaced by the band Plebe Rude.

Plebe Rude had already played with Guns N' Roses at the Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasília (DF), and the Guns N' Roses production team thought it best to include them in São Paulo as well. The São Paulo group learned of the change after it was announced, including through the event's official channels.

The Sioux 66 vocalist commented on the change: “If the ball is hitting the post at big events, it will eventually go in. We're on the field and that's the most important thing .” Bassist Fabio Bonnes added: “Nothing against Plebe Rude, let's make that clear. It was a dream of ours, but the game goes on and let's move forward.”

Sioux 66 will return to the stage this Saturday (29) for a show in Santo André/SP. Following that, the band will play in April at the festivals “Fúria Cidadã – CEU Butantã” (SP, on the 6th) and “Boa causa Rock Fest” (SP, on the 13th).
