Guns N' Roses should release a single soon, says the band's stage technician

Tom Mayhue has worked with the group since 1988 and promised new music "very soon"

Guns N' Roses music may be closer than we think!

Tom Mayhue the band's stage technician since 1988, spoke with some people about his years working with Guns N' Roses. During the conversation, Tom confirmed that the group has a single on the way and should start working on a new album after finishing the tour.

Valérie Coclin 's Facebook profile , Tom Mayhue talks about what he knows regarding the new songs:

“I know the band will start working on new music [after the European tour]. They already have several things recorded. So we'll have new Guns N' Roses music very soon. In fact, I think they're planning to release a single any minute now, so you might hear something very soon,” he reveals.

It's still unclear whether the new releases will be unreleased compositions or more discarded and repackaged tracks from Chinese Democracy , such as "Absurd" and "Hard Skool ." In October, Slash commented that the band was working on repackaged tracks that should be released soon, but also expressed interest in making an album of unreleased material as soon as Guns N' Roses finished their next tour.
