The Australian fansite GN'R Community stated that a source close to the production of the new Terminator movie Guns N' Roses' participation in the soundtrack.

According to the website, the band is working towards a "rushed" release, revealing that Axl Rose and Slash are likely in the studio recording. "A source who was working on Terminator: Dark Fate informed him that four members of Guns N' Roses attended a private screening of an unfinished copy of the upcoming Arnold Schwarzenegger to see if they wanted to record a song for the soundtrack."

"Apparently, Slash was at Axl's house recording overdubs on a track for a 'rushed' release. The song's name is unknown so far. But yes, 100% verified. New Guns N' Roses music coming soon."

If true, this will be the group's second appearance in a film starring Schwarzenegger. The first was in 1991 when the band recorded "You Could Be Mine" for Terminator 2: Judgment Day , released that year.
