Guns N' Roses  kicked off their highly anticipated world tour, Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things , on May 1st at the Songdo Moonlight Festival Park in Incheon, South Korea.

But it was at the show last Monday, the 2nd, in Istanbul, Turkey, that the band led by Axl Rose presented two major changes to the setlist.

The show marked the inclusion of the track “Out Ta Get Me”, from the album Appetite for Destruction (1987), which the band hadn't played since 2017. Meanwhile, “Down On The Farm” made its debut on the setlist of the new tour.

However, another striking and curious fact was the change in the show's opening song. According to setlist.fm , Guns N' Roses started the show with "Welcome to the Jungle," removing the classic "It's So Easy." A long-time opening act, the track was not played for the first time since 1993.

Therefore, it's quite a radical change for the band, which has maintained a consistent setlist since Axl Rose, Slash , and Duff McKagan first reunited in 2016.

Currently, Guns N' Roses has been presenting significant changes in their latest shows. At the show in Yokohama, Japan, the band debuted their cover of "Thunder and Lightning" by Thin Lizzy . In Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, they premiered live their cover of "Human Being" by the New York Dolls , featured on the covers album "The Spaghetti Incident?" (1993).

Guns N' Roses in Brazil

The band is touring Europe between June and July, finishing on July 31st at Wacken Open Air in Germany.

One of the most significant indications of a possible tour in Latin America, including Brazil, emerged with the confirmation of a show in El Salvador — the group's first in Central America since 2010.

There are rumors about the band making another visit to the country sometime in 2025 , but nothing has been confirmed.
