Guns N' Roses has officially cancelled its Latin American tour, the band confirmed on social media.
The legendary group was scheduled as one of the headliners for this year's Lollapalooza festival, which was to take place between April 3rd and 5th , was postponed to December 4th, 5th and 6th , and as expected, was again postponed to 2021, with the new dates set for September 10th, 11th and 12th . Tickets already purchased for the 2020 edition of the festival remain valid for the new dates.
However, due to the immense disruption to festivals and tours caused by COVID-19, the event will have a new lineup for the 2021 edition, likely without Guns N' Roses, even though they stated on social media that they are working to schedule a new Latin American leg, which would include shows in Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. We're keeping our fingers crossed!
