Forbes magazine released a list of the highest-paid musicians and bands of 2017, with Guns N' Roses and Metallica in the top 10.

In the ranking, Axl, Slash, Duffy and company came in sixth place and earned $84 million (approximately R$ 277 million) during that period, while Metallica, who came in tenth place, received $66.5 million (approximately R$ 219 million).

The data was compiled over a one-year period, from June 1, 2016 to July 1, 2017, and includes fees for agents, managers, and lawyers.

Furthermore, the two bands also had the most profitable tours of the year: Guns N' Roses selling 2.68 million tickets and Metallica 1.5 million, topping the world list.

Guns N' Roses is currently on their Not In This Lifetime , which included shows in Brazil at the Rock In Rio and São Paulo Trip . Metallica headlined Lollapalooza 2017 with their WorldWired .
