It is estimated that there are 60 unreleased tracks from Chinese Democracy.

Guns N' Roses ' famous album , Chinese Democracy , was originally intended to be a trilogy. That's what former band members, executives, and anonymous sources told Billboard .

In a recently published article about the album's legacy, Billboard spoke with many key figures. One of them was Tom Zutaut , an executive at the Geffen-Interscope record label.

Axl Rose 's goal was to make a "more modern album," but that wasn't what the fans wanted. "Few people know this, but Chinese Democracy was supposed to be a trilogy... This album wasn't meant to be just one."

An anonymous source added that “all the material that wasn’t released was supposed to come out in 2016. But then the reunion happened.” It is estimated that there were a total of 60 tracks. Two of them, “Going Down” and “Atlas Shrugged,” leaked online.

It is not yet known if this material will ever be released.
