Firefighters battled to contain the flames of Pat O'Brien, guitarist of Cannibal Corpse, because of a "military-style flamethrower"
guitarist Pat O'Brien was arrested for burglary and threatening a police officer after breaking into a house in Florida. Meanwhile, the guitarist's own house was on fire.
O'Brien allegedly broke into a house and ran into the backyard. When police arrived, the guitarist disobeyed orders and threatened one of the officers with a knife. The guitarist was then subdued with a taser and taken into custody.
Meanwhile, firefighters battled to extinguish the fire at the house where O'Brien lived. Apparently, the guitarist fled the house as soon as the firefighters arrived. The cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed, but firefighters had difficulty putting it out because of a "military-style flamethrower" at the scene.
O'Brien was indicted for assault and for threatening a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon.
