Today, the 12th, Grey Daze Chester Bennington 's first band , released their new song and video, “B12”, on the first day of Download Festival UK 2020. The track and video are also a collaboration with James “Munky” Shaffer and Brian “Head” Welch , guitarists from Korn .
“Everything we did surrounding the release of Amends was to honor Chester,” said Grey Daze co-founder and drummer Sean Dowdell . “The video for 'B12' is no exception. We wanted to celebrate everything that was accomplished in seeing 'Amends,' a release he wanted to bring to life, and in that video we not only brought his lyrics to life, but we were also able to feel his presence as we played alongside his vocal track. Guitarist Head added to the song, '…the range, the power, the melody and the flow…sounding like [Chester] at his peak.'”
