Greta Van Fleet announced the dates for their Dreams In Gold this Tuesday, the 9th. In addition to the dates already announced for Brazil as the opening act for Metallica , the group will also perform in Rio de Janeiro in 2022.
The show in Rio de Janeiro is the band's only solo concert in South America announced so far and takes place before the start of Metallica's Brazilian tour : Greta will perform on May 3rd at Qualicorp, a new Rio de Janeiro concert venue formerly known as Metropolitan, located inside the Via Parque Shopping mall.
Next, the band will tour with the thrash metal giants through Porto Alegre, Curitiba, São Paulo, and Belo Horizonte between May 5th and 12th, 2022. Tickets for the Metallica shows are sold out in most cities, while sales for Rio de Janeiro are not yet open on Eventim .
