The production company Bruxa Verde , formed and based in the city of Florianópolis, has been contributing to the local underground scene since 2018, focusing on organizing cultural events in the city.
Created in May and having debuted with an event featuring the bands Projeto Trator (SP), Os Brutus (SP) and Petit Mort (ARG), the production company has also been expanding its activities and currently participates in around 90 events, including its own productions, sponsorships and partnerships, both within and outside the city of Florianópolis.
To celebrate this enduring presence and activity in the national underground scene, focused on solid, honest, and lasting partnerships, Bruxa Verde Bruxa Fest 5 Years circuit in May , featuring five editions of the commemorative festival in five different cities: Florianópolis, Brusque, Curitiba, Ponta Grossa, and São Paulo. In São Paulo, the event will partner with and be sponsored by the international music website and platform Cave Dweller Music , composed of participants from different locations, focused on covering independent and underground culture worldwide.
Regarding Cave Dweller Music , with which the production company is pleased and honored to establish this first partnership: the platform includes a YouTube channel that premieres musical material and video reviews, a podcast featuring interviews and musical highlights, and work focused on compilations with sales destined for social and charitable work, helping to raise funds for names like Médecins Sans Frontières, Mental Health Europe, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
Cave Dweller is dedicated to different musical genres, ranging from Death Metal to Dungeon Synth, and including Hip-Hop. The media focus, above all, is social and ideological, closely aligned with the Green Witch's own mission.
The event in São Paulo will take place on May 27th at Fenda315 and will feature three bands that are quite significant in Bruxa Verde's history: the production company is honored to bring to São Paulo the Santa Catarina band Pachorra , a prominent hardcore name from Florianópolis, who have shared the stage with bands such as Gangrena Gasosa , Test , and Black Pantera . Joining them, from São Paulo, are two solid names related to the national Stoner/Sludge/Doom scene: Weedevil , an excellent Stoner Doom quintet formed by drummer Flávio Cavichioli ( PinUps / Forgotten Boys ) and currently releasing new tracks from their split album * Cult of Devil Sounds* ; and Finis Hominis , a Sludge/Death Metal trio that debuted at a high level in February of this year with the EP *Sordidum Est* , mixing dense elements of diverse sounds.
