Green Day is back, full of optimism, and for good reason. The band has a lot to celebrate.

With mass vaccination in the United States and the control of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, Green Day can now resume their highly anticipated tour with Fall Out Boy and Weezer . The band recently released the official dates for the Hella Mega Tour for the middle of the American summer and added two extra shows in the cities of Columbus and Milwaukee. All information about tour tickets can be found here . Check out the complete list of cities and states at the end of this post.

To celebrate the good news, Green Day released a new song called “Pollyanna” this Tuesday, the 18th. Earlier this week, a snippet of the song had been released on the band's official Instagram. The new single has optimistic lyrics, stating that “This is a beautiful time to be alive” and “Everything will be alright,” despite the chaotic and desperate situation.
