Green Day performs unreleased song “The American Dream Is Killing Me” at concert.

Green Day debuted a new song titled “The American Dream Is Killing Me” at an intimate show in Las Vegas last Thursday, the 19th. Check out the video at the end of this article.

The trio performed at the Fremont Country Club for a thousand people as a warm-up for their set at the When We Were Young festival.

At the start of the show, the group played the classic 1994 Dookie

Next, the trio played a series of songs, including "The American Dream Is Killing Me." The track will be officially released next Tuesday, the 24th, as announced on the band's social media.

To introduce the song, vocalist Billie Joe Armstrong confirmed that this is "the first song from the new album." He also confirmed that he will be touring the United States with The Smashing Pumpkins , Rancid , and The Linda Lindas in 2024.
