And the great quarantine covers continue! This time, Green Day redeemed Blondie Weezer 's vocalist , Rivers Cuomo , decided to do his version of Green Day's "Time Of Your Life."
Green Day released the cover along with a touching video, featuring live footage of the band captured in the dream of a sleeping puppy. In the video's description, the band wrote, "This is for all of you. We can't wait to see everyone's faces when we're back in the world."
Cuomo has already delivered a beautiful rendition of the track in his Zoom series, Island In The Zoom , playing guitar while his wife, Kyoto Ito, accompanied him on piano.
