Green Day is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their seminal album Dookie . The band performed “Basket Case” at the 2019 American Music Awards.
Later, they also performed their new single "Father Of All…" at the ceremony in Los Angeles.
Singer Billie Eilish introduced the band by saying, "25 years ago, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tre Cool recorded the iconic album Dookie . Growing up, there was no more important band for me and my brother."
