Sepultura will perform in Rio de Janeiro next Saturday, the 31st, as part of their farewell tour, Celebrating Life Through Death .

In an interview with O Globo , Andreas Kisser commented on the tour and its end. "We want to celebrate without rushing, but we have 2026 as the deadline for the band's closure. We'll stretch it out as long as possible."
Andreas also commented on plans to play in places they've never been before, such as Iceland and Alaska. He said, "It's like we're dying. We want to fulfill our dreams before the end."
The guitarist reflected on the past and the changes over time. He mentioned visits to nearly 80 countries, including South Korea and the Soviet Union in 1992, highlighting how some of those places have evolved.
Suicidal Tendencies drummer Greyson Nekrutman , who replaced Eloy Casagrande, who is now part of Slipknot.
