In a press release, Mercury Concerts Godsmack 's South American tour , announced that the performance scheduled for November 12, 2022, at the Vibra São Paulo venue in São Paulo, has been postponed to 2023 "due to logistical problems presented by the band Godsmack."
In a statement, the band said: “Due to logistical issues beyond our control, we are very disappointed to announce the postponement of our South American tour scheduled to begin on November 8th in Argentina. We know this is frustrating, but we want to put on the best show for our fans and, despite all our efforts, this will not be possible due to these logistical challenges. The dates will be rescheduled for April 2023 and all tickets will remain valid for the new dates. We are very excited to play in South America for the first time and thank everyone for their understanding. See you soon!”
All tickets purchased will be valid for the performance taking place next year; however, if the consumer chooses to receive a refund, the refund will be for the face value of the ticket, in accordance with current legislation, and the necessary instructions will be published in due course on the website of the ticketing company Uhuu , responsible for the sale, which is: https://uhuu.com.
