The Brazilian band Gods & Punks exclusively released their third studio album, And the Celestial Ascension Wikimetal .
The new release features artwork by Cristiano Suarez and explores a more experimental side of the band. Alê Canhetti (vocals), Pedro Canhetti (guitar), Rafael Daltro (guitar), Danilo Oliveira (bass), and Arthur Rodrigues (drums) combine stoner rock with progressive rock and add a touch of psychedelia to the six new tracks.
"This is the first album where we can say we're 100% satisfied with the final result; we wouldn't change a single thing about it," comments vocalist Alê.
“These six tracks practically wrote themselves. They tell the story where we left off after Damnation [ Enter the Ceremony of Damnation , 2018 album], and leave us right where we started with Sounds [ The Sounds of the Earth , 2016 EP].”
