Max Cavalera , alongside his son Igor Amadeus Cavalera , formed Go Aid And Die and this Friday, the 19th, released the project's debut single. Drummer Zach Coleman completes the trio.
Announced in January of this year by Nuclear Blast, the group debuted their first single, titled "Truckload Full Of Bodies." The track will be part of Go Ahead And Die , scheduled for release on June 11th.
Max describes the new band as a unique father-son collaboration, bringing old-school sound with a fresh attitude, abrasive riffs and lyrics from Igor, and brutal drumming from Coleman. "Extreme times demand extreme music!" Max declares in the press release.
