Leader Tobias Forge said he had been working on the material for months
Ghost 's vocalist and leader , Tobias Forge , has said that he has already started working on Ghost's new album.
In an interview with Billboard , Forge reported that he has been involved in the project "for months." He plans to release the successor to Prequelle in 2020.
He added: “Fortunately, I feel very certain about what I want to do. I have a lot of bits and pieces written. I know that when I start working on them, a very inspired album will come out.”
Forge said he hopes to focus entirely on the album this year. He considers releasing the band's music "more like working on a TV series.".
Ghost was nominated for a Grammy in 2019, which took place last Sunday (10), with the song “Rats”. See the video below:
