Ghost reflects Job's suffering with blood and dance in the "Spillways" music video; watch it.

With dark settings, dancing and blood, the music video promotes a track from the latest album 'Impera'.

Ghost reflects on Job's suffering to speak of the human need to bleed and suffer in the music video for "Spillways," a track from their latest album, Impera .

In the video, the band appears in dark and ritualistic settings, with several women expressing their own pain in an intense and bizarre dance, bleeding from their eyes in a representation of the soul's afflictions, with verses from Job 10:1 as inspiration: "My life is nothing but grief; therefore I will give vent to my complaint and express myself with a bitter soul," says the biblical passage.

The video is directed by Amir Chamden , who previously worked with Ghost on the videos for "Secular Haze" and "Year Zero." "We'd like to inform you that it's been a long time since Ghost simply blew you away in a music video. Without further ado, we present Ghost in all its blasphemous majesty," the band wrote on social media.
