Ghost revealed that they filmed the last two shows of Skeletour , which took place on September 24th and 25th in Mexico City, for future release.

After cancelling the first of three shows at the last minute, which was scheduled for last Tuesday, the 23rd, due to severe food poisoning suffered by vocalist Tobias Forge , the band announced on social media that the last two shows were recorded and apologized for the cancellation.

The band posted: “Children of Mexico! Two of the three nights of heat, jumping, singing, passion, rawk, roll and filming at the classic Palacio De Los Deportes. We filmed everything in 16mm, for the rest of the world to see at some point. But, for now, it will be our little secret. Once again: our deepest apologies for the cancellation of the first night. Thank you and Good Night.”

Mexico was the last SKELETOUR , at least until 2025. The tour stands out for being entirely cell phone-free . Ghost experimented with this format for the first time in two shows in Inglewood in October 2023, released as part of the film Rite Here Rite Now .

In an interview with Wikimetal , Tobias Forge revealed that he wants to bring Ghost to Brazil in 2026.
