Ghost announced this Thursday, the 20th, the name and release date of their fifth studio album. The album will be called Impera and will be officially released on March 11th via Loma Vista/Concord .
To complement the announcement, the band released the music video for a new single called “Call Me Little Sunshine”. This is the fourth track from Impera and precedes “Hunter's Moon”, which was the first single from the new album to be released.
According to Blabbermouth KLAQ radio , vocalist Tobias Forge revealed that he had been working on the concept for Impera since 2014. According to the musician, he had read a book called The Rule of Empires which inspired him to write about the rise and fall of empires.
