George Harrison has a biography, written by biographer Philip Norman , which will be released next Wednesday, the 3rd.
Titled George Harrison: The Reluctant Beatle , it arrives in the month of rock and roll and will tell the entire life story of the musician, going through his time in the Beatles , when he felt inferior, his friendship with Eric Clapton and his solo career.
Other themes that will also be addressed in the book are Harrison's relationship with Indian mysticism and the assassination attempt he survived, after being stabbed forty times.
In the Brazilian edition, the book is accompanied by an exclusive picture booklet, featuring various photos from different moments in the musician's life.
Belas Letras published two versions of the book: a collector's edition with a hardcover finish, ribbon bookmark, and exclusive, limited-edition items such as a drawstring bag, sticker, PVC pick, and personalized bookmark. And a paperback version at a lower price.
