George Fisher , vocalist of Cannibal Corpse , has announced that he will release his first solo album on February 4th. The debut album is called Corpsegrinder , a reference to the nickname by which the singer is known.

According to Blabbermouth , Corpsegrinder has a total of 10 tracks and was produced by Nick Bellmore (who has previously worked with Dee Snider and Kingdom of Sorrow ) and Jamey Jasta .

Fisher expressed his excitement about his solo project and gave more details about what to expect from the album. “It’s a mix of death metal, thrash, and hardcore. It sounds fucking heavy!!! I’m really excited about it, I can’t wait for the world to hear it!!!” he declared.
