“Rebellion” is Genocídio's sixth studio album and represents a return to the band's early days, not only in sound but also in the return to the trio format. The lyrical theme is based on extraterrestrial civilizations and describes a possible invasion of planet Earth by these beings.
Featuring special guest appearances by Ciero on guitars, Vitor Rodrigues (Voodoopriest, ex-Torture Squad), Marcus 'D'Angelo (Claustrofobia), Alex (Oligarquia) and Fernando (CHC) on "Dominion", this record is considered by many to be highly relevant to the band's career.
