The accusation stems from an incident involving Gene Simmons in 2016
A woman is accusing Gene Simmons of "forcibly putting his hand in her vagina." The information was discovered by The Blast .
The incident allegedly occurred at the opening of a restaurant owned by Simmons – Rock & Brews – in 2016. The woman who made the allegations worked as a dishwasher at the restaurant two years prior, when Simmons supposedly touched her inappropriately.
She claims she didn't know who Gene was but asked to take a picture with him. "He approached and forcibly placed his hand on her vagina, covering it completely."
Kiss vocalist/bassist has not made any official comment regarding the allegations.
