Geezer Butler

Geezer Butler talks about the possibility of Black Sabbath doing new shows

He also talks about his future plans

Geezer Butler, bassist for Black Sabbath, was interviewed on Full Metal Jackie where he talked about the band's farewell tour.

He says that after finishing the shows, it took him a while to get used to the idea because after recording the live DVD The End, they needed to record some tracks in the studio to complete it. "It was when I got home that I felt what was happening ," he confesses.

When asked about future band shows, Geezer says that "it's unlikely to happen," as Ozzy Osbourne will be on his solo tour for two to three years, making a reunion difficult, but the bassist says he's okay with that, "We left on top, so it's better not to drag this situation out .

Furthermore, Geezer reveals he is working on his own project, “I have 10 or 15 years of riffs, ideas and things that I wrote in those years (…) Maybe next year I'll put it all together to release an album.”
