Black Sabbath bassist and founder announced on social media that he has contracted the virus for the second time

Geezer Butler , co-founder and bassist of Black Sabbath , has tested positive for COVID-19 once again.

The news was shared by the musician himself on his social media last Wednesday, the 8th. The post includes a photo of the test and the following caption: "I'm not pregnant, so I guess I have Covid (again)." See the post below.

Butler did not reveal when he previously contracted the virus, but it appears the 72-year-old musician recovered well at the time. The bassist received his second dose of the vaccine in February 2021 and regularly posted photos wearing a mask.
