Australian band Future Static released their debut album this Friday, the 24th. Released by Wild Thing Records , the album Liminality showcases the band's bold sound and has earned praise from the international specialized press as one of the new rising stars of contemporary metal.

Featuring 12 tracks in total, the album arrives after the release of the singles “Chemical Lobotomy” , “Roach Queen” and “The Hourglass” , with the song “Plated Gold” chosen as the new single from Future Static.

The band's sound blends diverse influences and is described as "an innate fusion of metalcore, progressive metal, alternative rock, and pop sensibilities, with infectious riffs amidst an explosive sound." In the words of vocalist Amariah Cook , the album can be summarized as "the physical representation of friendship, teamwork, and our unconditional love for music."

With emotionally charged lyrics and elaborate visuals, the project has already received praise from major international specialized press outlets, including a prophecy from Metal Hammer , a British rock and heavy metal magazine, about the band: "Don't miss out on these guys – we dare say you'll be hearing a lot more from them in the near future."
