According to the musician, Anthrax would agree
In an interview before the Bloodstock festival, the Anthrax bassist said that the band would be up for another Big Four tour without hesitation. According to the musician, the shows with Metallica, Megadeth, and Slayer were the high point of his career.
“The Big Four is about the love of Thrash. We would love to do more shows with the Big Four. It was the peak of our careers and Anthrax would be up for it in a heartbeat .” Regarding the likelihood of this actually happening, Bello said: “You only need to ask two people: James Hetfield and Lars. Those are the guys. They know that we’ll all just go for it.”
In separate interviews, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine said he would do a new Big Four tour if all the bands were equally happy. Tom Araya, in turn, also said that the new tour would depend exclusively on Metallica .
