The Franco do Rock takes place at the Benedito Bueno de Morais Municipal Park on July 20th and 21st (Saturday and Sunday). The event is free and has the support of the Franco da Rocha City Hall and Galeria do Rock . The city is 30 minutes from São Paulo.

John Wayne and Sujera bands
The first acts announced are the bands John Wayne and Sujera . More names will be confirmed in the coming weeks. The band Sujera promises to set the festival stage on fire on July 20th with songs like “Terror Zero Onze”, “Negro Drama” and “Calle Hood Quebrada”. The group mixes hardcore, rap and nu metal, and is famous for its lyrics full of social criticism.
John Wayne, who released the singles "Reconectar" and "Semblantes" last year, will also be performing their heavy and visceral metalcore on July 20th. The group is emerging as one of the leading names in the national metal scene. The band has released the acclaimed albums "Purgatório" and "Tempestade".
The structure of the Franco do Rock Festival
With two stages and more than 20 bands of various rock styles, including local artists, the festival will offer a wide range of attractions for all tastes. In addition to the concerts, fans can enjoy a classic car show, vendors from the Galeria do Rock (Rock Gallery), skateboarding and basketball tournaments. The event will also feature rap battles and talks about music and the music industry.
The food court will offer a variety of culinary options, with a focus on craft beers. For those who wish, a camping area will be available on-site, providing convenience for participants who want to make the most of their weekend.
