Frances Bean Cobain sings about suicide in an excerpt from an unreleased song; listen here.

"Damn, that almost killed me / Damn, I almost killed myself," she sings.

Earlier this year, Frances Bean Cobain revealed her plans to pursue a music career, like her parents, Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love .

Since then, Frances has been posting snippets of her own songs on her official Instagram, and this weekend she shared a new track about suicide.

“Nobody ever told me / How I should love myself / Damn, that almost killed me / Damn, I almost killed myself / I’m trapped in your time capsule,” she sings.
