Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins joked about signing a petition for the band's reunion
During their set at the Reading Festival on the 25th, Foo Fighters revealed their desire to see the Gallagher brothers back in Oasis.
Taylor Hawkins ' drum kit was emblazoned with a photo of the brothers, who separated in 2009 and frequently taunt each other on social media. While Dave Grohl switched places with Hawkins to play a cover of Queen the Foo Fighters drummer told the audience: "One of these days we'll have Oasis back. One of these days."
“We’re trying (…) How many people want to see Oasis do a show?”, Grohl asked. “Let’s sign a petition. Everyone here, okay?”.
