Foo Fighters delved into uncharted waters for the band in the music video for "Love Dies Young," a track from the album Medicine at Midnight , released this Thursday, the 12th.
Known for their humorous music videos and funny acting in various recordings, the band members' faces appear on a women's synchronized swimming team receiving a scolding – or a motivational speech, so to speak – from their coach before their big performance.
Directed by Dave Grohl , the video stars Jason Sudeikis , known for the series Ted Lasso , as the cheerful and acerbic coach.
Everything seemed to be going well at the presentation, until an unexpected – and horrific – incident changed the course of events. The launch is a good reminder of what's to come in the film Studio 666 , a horror comedy starring the Foo Fighters that will be released in 2022.
