This Thursday, the 25th, Foo Fighters released their new song "Show Me How".
The single features Violet Grohl Dave Grohl 's daughter , and is the third track to be released from the new album But Here We Are , which arrives on July 2nd.
Unlike its predecessors, "Rescued" and "Under You ," "Show Me How" has a more serene pop-rock feel that perfectly complements Violet Grohl's dreamy vocals harmonizing with those of her father.
Last Sunday, the 21st, Foo Fighters announced Josh Freese as their new drummer during a global livestream. During the event, they performed the unreleased track "Nothing At All ," which has not yet been officially released.
Despite the addition of Josh Freese, the drummer did not participate in the recording of But Here We Are Dave Grohl played drums on the new album .
Just over a year ago, the Foo Fighters suffered a great loss with the sudden death of drummer Taylor Hawkins . Taylor was found dead in his hotel room in Colombia while the band was touring Latin America. The official cause of the drummer's death has not yet been revealed.
