There are few things the Foo Fighters haven't done in their 25-year career, and the band's latest achievement is nothing less than a film debut.

With all members acting as the main cast, the Foo Fighters released this Friday, the 3rd, the teaser for Studio 666 , a horror-comedy film that is scheduled to premiere in theaters on February 25, 2022.

In the film, the band plays themselves moving into a historic rock and roll mansion to record their highly anticipated 10th studio album. Soon after arriving at the house, Dave Grohl begins to deal with paranormal forces that threaten the completion of the album and also the lives of the Foo Fighters.

“After decades of ridiculous music videos and countless documentaries, it was time to move to the next level… a full-fledged horror-comedy film,” said Grohl. “Like most Foo Fighters stuff, Studio 666 started as a distant idea that morphed into something bigger than we ever imagined possible.”

The film was shot in the same mansion where the Foo Fighters recorded their most recent album, Medicine At Midnight , a place that, according to Dave Grohl, is haunted. Check out the teaser for Studio 666 :
