Accompanied by country musician Zac Brown, the Foo Fighters played a cover of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs" yesterday on the "Late Show With David Letterman." Dave Grohl's band is a regular guest on Letterman's show until the 17th, when the documentary " Sonic Highways ," produced by Grohl, will premiere on HBO.
The new Foo Fighters album, also titled "Sonic Highways," is scheduled for release on November 11th.
