The Foo Fighters invited Gene Simmons of KISS to join them on stage during a performance at the Park MGM at Dolby Live in Las Vegas.
After spotting a fan in the audience who resembled Gene Simmons, Dave Grohl remarked that the KISS bassist was watching the show from the stage and asked him to come on stage so the audience could see him. Gene then entered the stage wearing a mask, handed what appeared to be a receipt to Foo Fighters frontman
Grohl then asks the audience to chant for Gene once more and says, “I had Gene Simmons posters in my room when I was little. Calm down, I'll tell you the truth, I still have Gene Simmons posters on my wall at home.”
