Foo Fighters inaugurated the return of Madison Square Garden last Sunday, the 20th, with the first show at full capacity in the venue since the beginning of the pandemic – the perfect occasion to debut the Dee Gees on stage, don't you think?
With 26 years in the business and their long-awaited return to the stage, the band announced last week the album HAIL SATIN , signed by the alter ego inspired, obviously, by the Bee Gees, one of the bands honored in the project. Some live versions from the album Medicine At Midnight are also included.
And to kick off this festive phase, the band performed a cover of "You Should Be Dancing," originally released in 1976. Complete with a sparkling project logo on the screen, Dave Grohl invited the audience to dance.
The band's announced shows in the United States require proof of vaccination from the audience, a safety measure that has generated some protests and complaints from anti-vaccine groups.
