Foo Fighters are returning to Brazil for the first time since the death of Taylor Hawkins . The Foo Fighters' solo show in Curitiba took place last Thursday, September 7th, at the Couto Pereira Stadium. The band's return to the country was highly anticipated by fans after the cancellation of their participation in Lollapalooza Brazil 2022, which was scheduled to happen just days after the tragic death of drummer Taylor Hawkins, at age 50 .
After a period of mourning, the band created by Dave Grohl confirmed the continuation of activities . With a new album released this year, the emotional But Here We Are , the Foo Fighters now features Josh Freese on drums.
