John Frusciante officially left RHCP in 2009.
Flea , bassist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers , was seen in public with former guitarist John Frusciante for the first time in 11 years.
The musicians attended a boxing match at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last Saturday, the 28th, and a photo was taken of the moment. In it, they appear smiling and displaying a close relationship. Check out the image below.
Frusciante left RHCP in 2009, but his last live performance with the group was on August 26, 2007 at the Leeds Festival. In 1992, the guitarist left for the first time, returning five years later after spending time focusing on personal projects and his health. Since then, Josh Klinghoffer has been the official guitarist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
