This Friday, the 10th, Five Finger Death Punch released their new single “Welcome To The Circus”, along with a visualizer video.
The song isn't exactly new to fans because it had its live debut last month during the Welcome To Rockville . Now it's the third song from the upcoming album, Afterlife , to be officially released.
Five Finger Death Punch's new album arrives on August 19th and is a Better Noise Music . Regarding the album's name, guitarist Zoltan Bathory explained in an interview with Loudwire Nights :
“The reason we chose Afterlife Ivan [ Moody ] and I share some experiences that are normally personal things that people don’t talk about, but we’ve both had near-death experiences and been on the other side.”
“Ivan usually writes very personal lyrics. If you read his lyrics on The Way of the Fist , it’s an open book. It’s his life and his experiences. So everything is very personal, nothing is fictional. We’re not really talking about mythological or historical events, it’s all real and true events and real feelings that he has.”
