Guitarist Zoltan Bathory confirmed that the band is returning with a heavy sound
Five Finger Death Punch must be returning to its heavier side.
The rockers are in the middle of recording their next album and have started a series of vlogs straight from the studio. The first one shows guitarist Zoltan Bathory playing "brutal riffs" alongside vocalist Ivan Moody .
In more recent videos, Bathory reveals he's very happy that the band is returning to a heavier sound. He suggested that the atmosphere of this album is similar to that of their first two.
“Damn, it’s dirty,” Bathory said after the first day in the studio. “Some dirty riffs, the vocals are great, and the music is going back to the heavy side. I’m really curious to see how it turns out, wow.”
