Five Finger Death Punch's new album will be released on May 18th
Zoltan Bathory, guitarist for Five Finger Death Punch, spoke in an interview with Wrif radio about the band's new album, And Justice For None , which will be released on May 18th.
“If you practice all day, you’ll be great at your instrument – mechanically, you’re a good musician. But that’s not composition. Composition is when you can write a song that becomes the soundtrack to people’s lives. Music affects you in a certain way… There are songs that you hear and you know where you were when you first heard them or what summer that song was playing on the radio, you remember those things. There are only a few of those songs in the world that have that impact on you: ‘Yes, I remember, and I know how I felt. I remember what life was like when that song was on the radio.’ And if you, in your career as a musician, can write one of those songs, then I think you’ve achieved success, because that’s what matters. Can I compose a song that really means something to people? That’s what it’s about. And I think this album has three or four, probably, of the greatest songs we’ve ever written, and that’s what matters to us.”
The album will be released on May 18th, on CD, a deluxe version with 3 bonus tracks and a different cover, and also on vinyl. Read more about the new Five Finger Death Punch album by clicking here.
